Minutes from July 07 meeting approved as posted.
Judy reminded us of the ADT incentive for SVDP with a purchase of a alarm system, the Amazon Smile incentive, the pilot program starting at Fairwinds for small loans and to sign up for CapWiz.
The 2nd session of Poverty in Action workshops coming soon. We have agreed to host a session in the near future.
A thank you note was received from a previous client.

SVDP Executive Director Report- Trace thanked everyone for attending the Quarterly Meeting, with All Souls having the most attendees!
Pantry- Barbara reported the shelves are looking good, with inventory back up to speed.
Bags of Care—5 bags still going out over the summer for All Souls School.
Voice of the Poor- N/A
Walk for the Poor sponsorship packets need to be distributed.
Ministry Fair- Mary signed up volunteers for all shifts. She also has her volunteers set for the Walk Table at Publix on SR 46, August 16.
The next Thrift Store truck weekend has been cancelled for the July 19/20 weekend.
We discussed the cost of the National Meeting in Atlanta in September. Doreen made a motion for sponsor 3 attendees and cover their registration cost ($285.00). Nancy seconded the motion. Defeated.
Pat made a motion for a $500 grant per attendee (3) and Dave seconded the motion. All were in favor.
We discussed twinning with St Peter Claver for their prison ministry program. To be discussed further.
Anne previously advised that the coupon program for the military families overseas has been discontinued by Chase.
Judy asked for a committee of 3 people to review Resolution 19. Ellie, Kathy and Mary volunteered for the committee.
