The Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s report for March 2009

Everyday, we receive calls for assistance. In some cases, SVDP volunteers are able to help with referrals to other agencies. Sometimes we provide families much-needed food. Here’s how you helped us make a difference during March:

Volunteer Opportunity

St. Vincent de Paul at All Souls supports SACSON, the Seminole Action Coalition Serving Our Needy.
SACSON is sponsoring the 1st IDignity event in Sanford on Thursday, May 14 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. We’ll be helping 150 homeless folks secure much-needed IDs. Volunteer orientation runs from 7-8 am. A light breakfast will be served. [...]
